Finding the courage to live the life that feels right for you.
Have you ever made a decision before based on what society expects of you?
Go to school, gradutate high school, go to college, start a career, get married, have kids, become empty nesters, and retire.
What if your authentic self doesn't fit this mold?
This talk will inspire you to live the life you are called to live without any apologies.
This talk explores:
Not living life based on what society expects of you
Listen to your intuition
Put Your Health First
Step Outside of Your Comfort Zone and Grow
Rejection isn't failure, it's redirection

For years, I built a life that looked right on paper.
I followed the path I thought I was supposed to follow. Work hard. Be practical. Do what was expected.
But no matter how much I accomplished, something felt off.
I kept waiting for the next promotion, the next opportunity, or the next milestone to make me feel fulfilled.
It never did.
The hardest realization wasn't that I needed a different job.
It was realizing I was living a life shaped by other people's expectations instead of my own.
Eventually, I made the decision to stop ignoring that feeling.
I left corporate America, started my own business, and began building a life that felt more aligned with who I really am.
Now, I speak because I know what it's like to feel stuck between the life you have and the life you're meant to live.
I know what it's like to:
Follow a path that looks right but doesn't feel right
Question yourself when everyone else thinks you're doing fine
Stay where you are because the next step feels uncertain
Wonder if it's too late to choose a different direction
I don't speak to give people a formula.
I speak to remind them that they don't have to live a life designed by someone else's expectations.
Because sometimes the bravest thing we can do is become who we've been all along.
Whether your audience is navigating a career change, a new season of life, or simply questioning what comes next, this talk encourages people to stop living by someone else's expectations and start trusting themselves again.
If you're looking for a speaker who combines personal stories, practical lessons, and encouragement, I'd love to connect.
